2007 WKOA BAR-B-QUE
AND
TOURNAMENT
The 2007 WKOA Bar-B-Que and Tournament was held this year at Lake Travis outside of Austin, Texas July
6th - 8th. Though the lake was closed due to it being 20' above normal due to flooding, with more heavy rains in the forecast...about 15
or 20 dedicated members and their families attended the event over the three day weekend.
The Tournament consisted of a limited number of games
this year. The games we held were tug-of-war, strong-man, and horseshoes. The winners of each competition were awarded red,
white and black banners bearing a Knight on horseback.
